Covenants and Restrictions
Before beginning any home additions or improvements please read the Lenox Mill Covenants and Restrictions document. Your plans must be approved by the HOA Architectural Control Committee (ACC). This includes, but is not limited to:
- Exterior Paint Color
- Tree Removal
- New Roof Color/Material
- Construction of any free-standing structures
- Pool Additions
- Screen Enclosures
- Fences
- Irrigations Systems
Residents wishing to have trees removed will want to visit TalGov’s website to educate themselves about this process. You will also need to submit a tree removal form to the city.
If you are not sure that you need the approval of the HOA before beginning your project, please feel free to contact us. Failure to gain approval by the HOA may violate our Covenant and result in legal action against your property. Please download and complete an Architectural Request form. Completed forms can be faxed to Homeowners Association Management, Inc.
